Appearance: Tino’s a short boy at around 5'5", and finds himself often towered over by men around him. He wears warm, comfortable outfits to suit the cold climate of Finland, and has always wished to move to a warmer country where he can wear a range of different outfits, rather than his comfortable old ugly ones. Colours he's most fond of wearing are usually blues and whites, rather icey colours that go well with his pale complexion. On top of his clothes, he wears a cross-shaped charm around his neck which was given to him by his grandmother.

He has gorgeous platinum blond and short hair which shimmers in the light (especially that of a spotlight, shining down on him from a catwalk, or that of a camera flash during a photo shoot) and often keeps hidden underneath a cute white beret, and his violet-blue eyes are entrancing… They’ve captured the attention of a fair few people in the past, even if some of that attention was unwanted... Tino has a constant smile on his face, which always succeeds in brightening other's days.

Personality: Tino will often be intimidated by those bigger than him, and will cry. In fact, he’s a rather big cry-baby when something scares him or upsets him, and would go wailing to his friends… Not that he has many. He’s socially awkward most of the time, but can be really friendly when he wants. One of Tino’s closest friends is his dog, (Bloody) Hana-tamago, a fluffy little white puppy who’ll accompany him everywhere he goes, and whom he adores very much.

He can be really open about his opinions, and respects other people’s opinions. In fact, despite his quiet disposition, once he gets going in a conversation, he can’t stop. Tino's quirky, with a habit of fiddling with everything within reach. He'll play with his necklace, sleeves, a bookmark, that person's tie... Yes. He will.

He’s a very lovable person, overall.

Reason for Modeling: Tino was confronted in a bar, when half-drunk and ready to sign any contract shoved under his nose. However, once he’d passed the hangover stage, he wasn’t complaining too much, as he was looking for some sort of employment.

History: He was born in a small cottage on the outskirts of Helsinki, where he lived with his grandparents. His parents had died before he was barely three months old and, though he wishes he’d known them at least for some time and often got jealous of the kids in school who had their own parents, he was not too unhappy. He was coddled and spoiled by his grandparents, so he was a little spoilt for the first few years of his life. It was also his Gran’s fault that Tino became interested in making himself look pretty around the age of 12 when they’d started having tonnes of fun putting on make-up. Because of this interest, he went on to study beauty as a side subject in school, but mainly studying to become a doctor.

However, he soon found that medicine wasn’t where his skills lay in life, and was stuck for things to do, worrying about the future. He briefly considered becoming a vet when he befriended a cute puppy with no home, which he’d found lying on the sidewalk splattered with blood (The origin of Bloody Hana-tamago), but the job was too similar to being a doctor, and now he’s unsure of what to study.

Tino also discovered his sexuality at seventeen years old, and is decidedly homosexual, and proud of it! He even participated in a gay parade, once. His grandparents, of course, support him fully. He would also go to orphanages dressed as Santa and hand out presents to them, as well as donate to charity. But he had to drop this when he moved out of Finland, because he wasn’t comfortable with doing any of that stuff in unfamiliar areas.

Other Important Info:
- Despite modelling, he has a weak ankle from a time he broke it severely, and it will occasionally give out on him and he’d need to go to the hospital to get a splint. He’s worried this’ll happen on the catwalk or somewhere else he’s modelling.
- He often models winter fashion for men, but will not turn down an offer for something else.

RP Sample:

Tino stared at himself in the vanity mirror in the privacy of his own room. His hair was a mess, his clothes were wrinkled, his make-up was uneven and he had massive bags under his eyes. Overall, Tino was a mess. His lip wobbled, he felt like crying. What was he to do?! But he mustn’t cry… If there was one thing his beautician had told him, it was that crying smudged his lovely make-up. But that didn’t matter, because Tino’s make-up was already ruined!

Tino burst into tears and covered his face, sobbing. He wiped at the tears, smearing his make-up more than before. Now he really looked a mess… He heard a small bark and jumped, looking down. There was a soft ‘Fwump’ noise and Tino felt his fluffy little dog jump into his lap. Ok, so Hana-Tamago wasn’t exactly allowed in here, but Tino needed a friend right now. He gave his dog a watery smile and sniffled slightly. “Thanks, Hana…” He pet Hana-tamago gently, loving the feeling of her panting and tail wagging. She was so cute!

Tino got a silly idea, that he could do her make-up, instead of his own! Whatever compelled him to do this, Tino had no idea. He just opened the make-up box on the side and pulled out a lip-gloss, grinning. “Come here, Hana-tamago~”

“Arf?”

“Yes, that’s it, come closer so I can put it on you… You’re gonna look so cute!” He smiled, and dabbed a little onto Hana-tamago’s nose, making her jolt backwards, confused. He giggled.

“Ahem.”

Tino whisked around, and saw a stage hand. “Aheh… Help?” He asked, pointing to his face, a sheepish smile on his face. At least he wasn’t crying any more, he had Hana-Tamago to prevent that!
